My name is Veronica Derricks, and I am an Assistant Professor in the Psychology and Neuroscience Department at the University of Colorado Boulder.

My research program focuses primarily on understanding the psychosocial mechanisms that perpetuate disparities in health and organizational outcomes. Moreover, I am interested in using this knowledge to develop interventions that improve healthcare delivery and mitigate threat in organizational settings, particularly for members of minoritized groups.
